  • born 1757, died Nov 4, 1840 at the age of 83


Sgt Benjamin Wofford

  • Served in Colonel William Wofford’s Regiment at the Battle of Norfolk.
  • Died in 1836 and is buried near Hwy 20 & Stamp Creek area
  • Marked with an SAR 1775 marker.
