The Etowah Valley Historical Society works to preserve the history, the charm & the culture of Bartow County & surrounding area. You can help by contributing your monies or your time toward this end!

EVHS is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donations are, therefore, potentially tax-deductible. EVHS can also accept Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) after the age of 71 1/2. This is a direct 401K or Retirement Fund transfer, so contact your investment firm to facilitate. Then contact EVHS office for details.

*This is especially appropriate when RMDs are required at age 73 and allows for a tax deduction.

What do your contributions help support?

Your donation goes directly into Historical research, the funding of area Historical events, Staffing of an office in the 1903 Courthouse, Programming, the production of Newsletters for members, as well as the protection, stabilization & expansion of the historic In The Valley property, now owned by EVHS.
