1st time in 77 years (!), folks, that In The Valley will be opened to the public for view. This was Corra Harris's wish but the money to keep it open ran out in 1949. EVHS Volunteers have subsequently volunteered 1500+ hours over the last 3 years, clearing & repairing [...]

We will be hosting Dr. Donna Little's Creative Writing class from Reinhardt University. They will tour the campus and have a chance to become "creative!"

In honor of America250, the Gold-domed Courthouse in downtown Cartersville will be opened the last two Sunday afternoons of June for several hours. Tours will be provided to the public, including the beautiful Courtroom itself. Storyboards will be available to explaining the fascinating history of this 1903 Courthouse.
