Religious Institutions

This page is dedicated to the many Bartow faith based organizations, structures and devout practices that served and continue to serve spiritual purposes. Religious communities  were often present in a variety of expressions  including church facilities, traditions, parochial schools/colleges, cemeteries, media outreach, revivals, baptisms, camp meetings, singings, missions and other gospel initiatives. Bartow County has been home to approximately 200 churches since its founding.
