LINWOOD

This two room school for grades 1 through 7 was located behind the Mt. Carmel Church in the Linwood community, also known as Hall’s Station.  The school was closed due to county wide consolidation. Students were reassigned to Adairsville. The old school was afterwards torn down.  Information is incomplete at this time.
