CROSSROADS
The late 1800’s agricultural community surrounding the intersection of what is today Iron Hill Road and Miller Farm Road saw the need for a school to educate its children. The school was given the name Crossroads for its proximity to the intersection. By 1900 on property near the school, the Bethel “Crossroad’s” Baptist church was built. The church is still present today, however the school burned in 1928.
